COMET ISON Images from Himalayan ChandraTelescope (HCT) at the Indian Astronomical Observatory (IAO), Hanle

Following Images of Comet ISON are taken with the Himalayan ChandraTelescope (HCT) at the Indian Astronomical Observatory (IAO) at Hanle, by Dr. Margarita Safonova, Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore.

I3:47:40.00UT, 200 sec, I band single exposure.
Observers: Margarita Safonova, A.G.Sreejith and Pramod Kumar

18:55:54.00UT, 150 sec, R band single exposure.
Observers: Margarita Safonova, Joice Mathew, Shripathy Hadigal and Pramod Kumar

14:14:04.00UT, 240 sec, V band single exposure.
Observers: Firoza Sutaria, Joice Mathew, Shripathy Hadigal and Pramod Kumar]

I band single exposure.
Observers: Margarita Safonova, Joice Mathew and Pramod Kumar.

Note: The mode used is the Keystone mode of the HCT, where minute-by-minute ephemeris of the object are provided beforehand, so that the object is tracked throughout the exposure. The keystone mode compatible files have been generated, according to the format given by Angchuk Dorje, by Dr. Firoza Sutaria from the JPL ephemeris data for the comet..
To be successful in tracking, the files shall contain the following information:

The start epoch (in UT) given as YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss; No. of records. Each record (i.e. line) shall contain the following:
[Time (sec)] [Az] [d(Az)/dt] [d^2(Az)/dt^2] [Jerk_Az] [El] [d(El/dt)] [d^2(El)/dt^2] [ Jerk_El].
The Time was measured w.r.t. the start epoch. Since acceleration and Jerk for either coordinates are not known, they were kept as 0.0.

B filter (combined exposure 1500 sec).
Observers: Margarita Safonova, Pramod Kumar

R filter (300 sec single exposure).
Observers: Margarita Safonova, Pramod Kumar
