 Write only your name and address for correspondence on the two copies of the {\bf Reference letter} form and give them to two referees, with stamped envelopes, requesting each to complete the form and mail it directly to the address mentioned therein. Suitable
referees are :

A lecturer or a professor who has recently taught you  a science or engineering course at least for one semester.

An academic or technical person with whom you have carried out a scientific/technical project for a minimum period of three months.



If you are selected for participation, you will receive the letter  by {\bf September 15, 2006}. Financial support will be provided for travel within India and local hospitality.
