Registration

There is no registration fee for attending the workshop; But the selection of participants by the committee is purely based on their qualification and the likely benefit to their research ⁄ future career related to workshop topic.

1. Filling up all fields in the registration form is mandatory.
2. Two letters of recommendation from the supervisor ⁄ head of the department ⁄ a professional astronomer whom you associated with in the past are mandatory. The participants have to fill in the email address of the referees in the application. The committee shall contact the referees.
3. List of publications for researchers ⁄ students (published if any).
4. Indian applicants who don't have passport may type NOT APPLICABLE in the passport number field.

Steps to Register

Step 1

Registration for the conference is a two step process, first step is to fill the registration form which is available after login. For registration one need to create a user account. Please enter some basic information. After submitting the form an activation link will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 2

Once you are logged in click on the Registration form menu.
