Teacher training program
The objective of this program is to introduce the basic principles of optics to school teachers who in turn can familiarize the same to their students. Since the principles of optics are extensively applied / used in the field of astronomy, the present program is organized to cover the basic concepts through presentations and through elaborate hands-on sessions. IIA faculties shall give the presentations and PhD students shall help the teachers to carry out the basic optics experiments.
