Participants interested in the hardback copy of the proceedings should pay an additional cost of £49, about EUR 58.
All style files and instructions are available at https://www.iau.org/publications/proceedings_rules/
Page limit: Poster: 2 pages, Contributed talk: 4 pages and Invited talk: 6 pages
We will be using an online submission system to collect all submissions to the Proceedings volume. You should register to use this online submission system, found at
All contributions must be submitted via this online site only, and authors should take care to submit their contribution to the correct Symposium number (340) - this will have to be selected by the author from a dropdown menu on submission.
We require all manuscripts to be submitted by extended deadline of April 15 2018. There will be a ‘light’ refereeing process of papers to ensure quality. The proceedings of the IAUS340 “Long – Term Datasets for the Understanding of Solar and Stellar Magnetic Cycle” will be published no more than 6 months after the celebration of the Symposium.
