Abstract * | : | In this talk we will address the UV bursts from a theoretical perspective, reviewing the numerical development concerning those transient events since they were first reported in 2014. We will cover from idealized models to most realistic ones, not only to unravel the physics underneath the UV bursts, but also to study their close relationship to other fundamental processes as magnetic flux emergence and other transient phenomena such as Ellerman Bombs (EBs) and surges. | |
