Steps for Abstract Submission


Step1

For submitting Abstract one need to create an user account. Please enter some basic information to create an account. After submitting this form an activation link will be sent to the email address. Click on the link to activate the account.

Step 2

Once you are logged in click on Abstract Submission Form from Right side menu to submit abstract.

Guidelines for abstract preparation
Online abstract submission form will be available from 1st May 2019. The presenting author is expected to attend the meeting and is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. Abstracts which do not comply with the guidelines will be returned directly to the contact author for correction before they can enter the reviewing process.

Guidelines for abstract submission
There is no restriction on the number of abstracts presented by an author. Abstracts can be accepted either as poster, or as oral communication. Please indicate the position of the presenting author in the author list (default is 1). The abstract can be submitted in any one of these sessions:-
  • Fundamental Plasma Processes
  • Chromospheric Dynamics
  • Thermal and Magnetic Coupling through the atmosphere
  • Solar Flares and Coronal mass ejections
  • Science with future facilities

Reviewing process

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific organizers. The Scientific Organizing Committee reserves the right to re-categorize the abstract (i.e. from oral to poster, and for a different Session). Notification regarding the status of your abstract acceptance (oral, poster or rejected) will be sent to the contact author by 21st August 2019. Details on poster format and full presentation guidelines will be made available on the website.
