Guidelines for filling the application

The application for the winter school is only through the online interface. All fields are compulsory. Please make sure you have provided the correct address, phone/Fax numbers and email ID's of the two faculty members who will write letters of reference for you. All material should reach us by 15 November, 2018. We are not responsible for missing reference letters due to incorrect information. The results will be announced online by 30th November, 2018. The successful candidates will be contacted via the email ID's they have provided during the online submission. The selected candidates will be required to present their original mark sheets at the school.

Online Registration is a Two step process.

Step 1: Candidates are requested to first register themselves by entering their name and e-mail address in the appropriate fields after clicking the "Register/Create New Account" button. An e-mail will be sent to the candidate's e-mail address which contains all the details of creating a password or one time password for log-in. Later you can reset your password by editing your 'Account'.

Step 2: After successful registration, candidates can fill up the application form by logging in using the user name and password.
