Sentimental analysis is a natural language processing technique that is used extensively in the field of data mining and opinion mining. This involves the estimation of the sentiment of an article. This is a new area in the field of natural language processing and artificial intelligence.The project involves understanding of the sentiment of a news feed and estimating its underlying polarity; positive or negative. Another feature of the project is the bias identifier which estimate the bias of an article relative to a keyword. A search facility has also been provided which can categorize the result of the search according to positive or negative sentiment. A sentimental analysis used in the project itself is based on the machine learning technique of Support Vector Machines. They are a set of related supervised learning methods used for classification and regression. SVM classifier make the project robust and reliable to a great extent.The project has application in many fields. One of the important field is the field of financial market prediction and news paper bias identification.
