Bhaskara is situated in Kormangala, very close to IIA campus (about a 100 metres or so).

Its about 40 Kms from Bangalore International Airport, about 10 kms from Bangalore city railway station.

General Instructions

1. Accommodation in the three VVIP rooms (Mezzanine floor). Allotment to these rooms will be by the Director’s Office through Administrative Officer / In-charge (IIA- House keeping).
2. Accommodation in the nine VIP rooms (Fifth floor). Allotment to these rooms will be by the In-charge (IIA- House keeping) in consultation with the Administrative Officer, after the visit of the concerned individual(s) is approved by Dean / Director.
3. Accommodation in the non AC rooms in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Allotment to these rooms will be by the In-charge (IIA - Housekeeping) in consultation with the Administrative officer, after the visit of the concerned individual(s) is approved by Dean / Director.

Eligibility criteria

1. Scientists on visit to IIA from research institutions within the country and abroad.
2. Administrative and technical staff from research institutions within the country and abroad.
3. Officers of Central Government / State Government / Universities with letter of approval from their department head.
4. Personal guests recommended by the staff members / students of the institute.
