The Bangalore campus of the Indian Insitiute of Astrophysics is situated at 2nd Block, Koramangala, Bangalore-560 034, at the junction of the 17th Main Road and Sarjapur Road.

The main gate opens on the 17th Main Road. The adjoining well known landmarks are the Kendriya Sadan to the south and the BWSSB water tank to the north.
