Important Notice For All Observers

  • The Observatory is currently functioning and observations are being carried out in service mode. We are making best efforts to keep the Observatory functioning. We will reevaluate the situation periodically to ensure that the health of the observing staff is not affected and, if the situation warrants, may close the Observatory.
  • Please use the HCT online proposal management system for submission of proposals.

  • To ensure the safety of components, the telescope will not be operated when the ambient temperature is below -20 deg C. The dome shall also be closed at this temperature limit.
